Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of Nextbuild’s website and the purchase of construction and fiber-optic services (the “Services”). By accessing our site or ordering Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Quotes & Orders

• Quotes are estimates based on information provided and valid for 14 days.
• Work starts after written confirmation, site access, and (if required) advance payment.
• Underground conditions and permits may affect scope, schedule, and price.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate site data, drawings, and contact details.
• Ensure safe access, utilities mark-outs, and timely approvals.
• Designate a representative for decisions and sign-offs.

4. Changes & Delays

Any change of scope (CO) must be approved in writing. Weather, third-party delays, or unforeseen site conditions may shift timelines. We will notify you and propose mitigation.

5. Testing & Handover

Deliverables may include OTDR traces, loss budgets, redlines, photo logs, and as-built sets. Handover is complete when documents are delivered and invoices are paid.

6. Payments

• Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise stated.
• Late payments may incur interest and work suspension.
• Materials may be invoiced upfront for long-lead items.

7. Warranty

We warrant workmanship per industry standards for 12 months from handover. Warranty excludes damage by third parties, misuse, or modifications after delivery.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential damages are excluded. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Service.

9. Data & Privacy

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within 10 days of notice. You remain liable for completed work, mobilization, and ordered materials.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local law of our principal place of business. Disputes will be resolved by competent courts in that jurisdiction.
